Compatibility depends on the installed transmission cover, not simply the scooter model.
Before ordering, please carefully compare the shape and mounting points of your CVT cover with the product images.
Fitment cannot be guaranteed for other transmission cover designs.
Material & Manufacturing
Available in two different material options:
TPU: Flexible and vibration-resistant material, particularly suitable for applications exposed to mechanical vibrations.
PA12-CF: Carbon fiber reinforced nylon offering high stiffness, good temperature resistance and mechanical durability.
Both versions are manufactured using 3D printing technology.
Installation
The air intake is attached to the designated mounting points on the compatible CVT cover using two socket head screws.
A suitable flexible cooling air hose can be connected to the 50 mm inlet.
