Brake Cooling Air Duct for 4-Piston Brake Calipers
Our specially developed brake cooling air duct directs airflow towards the brake caliper area and helps support heat dissipation during sporty riding and demanding conditions.
Thanks to its versatile mounting design, the air duct can be installed on various 4-piston brake caliper setups. It is designed for applications using both 220 mm and 280 mm brake discs.
Targeted Cooling Airflow
The aerodynamically shaped duct captures oncoming air and directs it towards the braking system. This may help improve cooling and reduce thermal stress during intensive use.
High-Performance Engineering Material
The brake cooling duct is 3D printed from carbon- and glass-fiber-reinforced PA12 (PA12-CF/GF). This material offers high rigidity, good heat resistance and durability under vibration.

Installation
The air duct is secured using the two included cable ties on the existing air guide or another suitable mounting point. The flexible mounting arrangement allows the position to be adjusted for different brake disc diameters.

Important Information
Actual fitment depends on the brake caliper, brake disc and available installation space. Before riding, check that the duct is securely mounted and maintains sufficient clearance from the brake disc, wheel and moving components.
