Intake manifold Piaggio Maxi

Our self-developed intake manifold consists of a CNC machined, anodized aluminum plate with 3D printed intake rubber.

The nozzle is currently available for the CP24 carburetor from Polini and the original 20.5 Dellorto and VM20 Mikuni.

In the diagram we have used the nozzle for CP24.

Another advantage is that we can now offer a perfectly fitting nozzle without pushing and pressing for the CP24.

0,23HP at peak and 0,85HP more at 7.300 rpm!

A torque plus of 0,33Nm.

How does this plus come about? Through 3D printing, we are able to produce nozzles with a perfect fit to the carburetor and diaphragm.
