After months of development in CAD, on the Flowbench and subsequent tests on the test bench, we have created an airbox that has exceeded our goals!
The aim was to generate as little power loss as possible, but the result is an increase in torque across the entire rev range.
Thanks to the use of flexible materials, the box is perfectly suited for tough racing use.
Suitable for Malossi C-One/RC-One engines, Piaggio and Minarelli.
With the help of the 3D scan, the box fits snugly over the mudguard.
In addition, a total of 5 screw-on points are available for fixing.
Plug and Play suitable for Runner, Jog and Zip riders must ride a helmet compartment tank and make further adjustments to the fairing.
A two-layer air filter mat protects your engine from dirt.
With a total of 7 air intakes, the box is supplied with sufficient air.
On the P4 Amerschläger from MTT, the airbox was compared with the current standard solution, funnel and open Polini air filter.
The measurements were carried out blocked (timing belt) and on a 12’ PMT slick. In each case, the main jet was adjusted so that we had the same AFR and exhaust values!
In the test bench room we were able to measure a reduction in volume of around 5dB, comparable boxes only achieve 3dB!
